In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Immortalized in Stone.”
Your personal sculptor is carving a person, thing or event from the last year of your life. What’s the statue of and what makes it so significant?
Well, let’s see. What makes the statue significant is that it is of me, of course.
Well, it represents me and all some insight to who I am and where I have been. So, what would the statue look like? It would give the appearance of ‘growth’.
His poem represent ‘loneliness’, since mine represents growth from loneliness.
Let’s see if I can do it as awesome as E.E Cummings. Nevermind. not even going to attempt.
Growth is what the statue would be, not an obvious strength, more of a quiet strength. I think quiet strength is what would represent me.
Growth w/an abundance of quiet strength.
